Cuauhtémoc Blanco será inscrito en el registro de agresores del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), después de que el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF) confirmara que incurrió en violencia política de género.
La Sala Superior del TEPJF confirmó una resolución de la Sala Regional Especializada que dictó que Blanco Bravo actuó contra la entonces diputada federal Juanita Guerra, durante su gestión como gobernador de Morelos en 2023.
El exgobernador de Morelos fue denunciado por la ex diputada federal por no haber sido invitada a las reuniones para la organización del desfile cívico militar por el CCXI Aniversario del Rompimiento del Sitio Cuautla.
También acusó que no se le permitió instalar un templete que ya se le había autorizado y que se le negó el acceso al palco principal.
La Sala Regional Especializada del TEPJF determinó que Cuauhtémoc Blanco incurrió en violencia política de género, únicamente por la exclusión de la entonces diputada federal del palco principal, al haber sido un evento público que ella promovió y al que había sido invitada.
Magistrados regionales resolvieron que Juanita Guerra fue “invisibilizada”, lo que generó un impacto desproporcionado en el ámbito de tutela que se debe garantizar a las mujeres en el marco público.
