La presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum rechazó este jueves el agregado de retroactividad en la Ley de Amparo que se realizó en el Senado a última hora.
La mandataria señaló que analizará por qué se incorporó este transitorio, que consideró “no es necesario”.
Sheinbaum señaló que esta modificación a la Ley de Amparo debe aplicar a los nuevos juicios, por lo que insistió en que no debe haber retroactividad.
Anoche, el senador morenista Manuel Huerta presentó en el pleno la reserva para agregar el artículo transitorio, pese a que las comisiones de Justicia, Hacienda y Estudios Legislativos lo habían excluido.
El pleno, con la mayoría de Morena, PT y PVEM, lo aprobó; el artículo transitorio en la reforma a la Ley de Amparo ordena la retroactividad en los más de 700 mil juicios de amparo en trámite, contrario al artículo 14 de la Constitución que establece que ninguna ley tendrá estos efectos.
