El Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (GPPRI) en el Congreso del Estado de Chihuahua, defendió su voto en contra de la Reforma Judicial al Poder Judicial del Estado y descartó rompimiento con el Grupo Parlamentario de Acción Nacional, esto, tras emitir voto en contra de la citada Reforma.
En la comunicación emitida por el GPPRI, integrado por los Diputados Arturo Medina, Guillermo Ramírez, Luis Fernando Chacón y José Luis Villalobos, reiteran que la legalidad y el respeto al Estado de Derecho motivan el sentido de su voto y resaltan la independencia en las decisiones de la Fracción priista, pese a eventuales alianzas para causas comunes.
“Los Diputados integrantes del Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Revolucionario Institucional en el Congreso del Estado de Chihuahua, expresamos nuestra determinación de mantenernos firmes en nuestra organización interna y, al mismo tiempo, nuestra disposición a trabajar en alianza cuando las causas y las condiciones así nos lo permitan”, se lee en el comunicado.
Agregan: “Respecto a las diferencias de posturas en lo relativo a la Reforma al Poder Judicial del Estado, precisamos que no seremos partícipes de un acto que contradice lo que hemos defendido arduamente los últimos meses, el Poder Judicial y las órdenes que de él emanan”.
Respecto a la relación con el Grupo Parlamentario del Partido Acción Nacional, los diputados priistas expresaron que una diferencia no significa una ruptura, pero sí deja clara la independencia de ambos grupos.
“Hemos sido buenos aliados, pero siempre hemos cuidado nuestros principios y la relación con la ciudadanía a la que representamos; la congruencia en nuestro actuar significa un acto de lealtad para los chihuahuenses que nos han visto como opción de representación”, señalan.
Finalmente, reiteran respetar la autodeterminación de otras fracciones parlamentarias y su disposición a construir acuerdos bajo condiciones de escucha mutua y comunicación permanente.
