La Comisión Nacional de Justicia de Morena (CNHJ) confirmó que Hernán Bermúdez Requena, ex secretario de Seguridad Pública del estado de Tabasco, era militante del partido guinda, pero ante las indagatorias en su contra, fueron suspendidos sus derechos partidarios.
Bermúdez Requena se mantiene prófugo ante las investigaciones en su contra, tras ser identificado como fundador de la organización delictiva La Barredora.
Al respecto, por medio de un breve comunicado, la CNHJ señaló: “Derivado de la investigación en contra del C. Hernán Bermúdez Requena por la presunta responsabilidad en la comisión de actos delictivos y, toda vez que su registro como Protagonista del Cambio Verdadero se encuentra vigente, esta Comisión considera que existen elementos que constituyen infracciones a los Documentos Básicos de nuestro Partido-Movimiento”.
