Alrededor de las 8:50 se declaró cancelada por falta de quórum reglamentario, que es la mitad más uno, de los participantes convocados.
Tras la discusión del dictamen, se tenía previsto que iniciara el Cuarto Periodo Extraordinario de Sesiones, a las 9:00 donde se votaría por el Pleno, el dictamen que presentaría la Jucopo.
