El foro sobre la Ley General del Agua celebrado este jueves en la Ciudad de Chihuahua concluyo de manera exitosa, al escuchar todas las voces y concretar una serie de acuerdos para impulsar una reforma en favor del campo mexicano y no a intereses políticos de Morena y sus aliados.
Durante la sesión Alejandro Domínguez Diputado Federal y presidente del Comité Directivo del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) resaltó que de aprobarse la citada ley, sectores, como el de los campesinos, ganaderos y agricultores serían los más afectados sobre todo en sus derechos a la concesión.
Desaparecer la transmisibilidad de las concesiones dejará a miles de familias sin sus tierras, sin algún sustento económico, es por ello que la Fracción Parlamentaria del PRI en la Cámara de Diputados esta impulsado los parlamentos abiertos en todo el territorio nacional.
El derecho humano al vital líquido en las ciudades es otro de los problemas que enfriaría la población pues se frena la inversión privada para garantizar el crecimiento y desarrollo y el mayor temor del todos los sectores, se centra sobre el acceso al agua para uso agrícola, expresó Alex Domínguez.
Por su parte, el Coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PRI en la Cámara de Diputados, Rubén Moreira Valdez, destacó la complejidad de la nueva legislación, que solo busca controlar a todos los sectores por medio del agua.
En tanto, Salvador Alcantar presidente de la Asociación Estatal de Usuarios de Riego (Aurech) dijo que Conagua a través de la historia se ha caracterizado por no apoyar a los agricultores, sino de usar y condicionar el agua como una forma de castigo y maltrato al campo mexicano.
Por su parte campesinos y productores agrícolas del Estado de Chihuahua externaron su preocupación pues el gobierno federal a través de Conagua buscá dejarlos sin su patrimonio familiar por lo que advirtieron una serie de acciones contundentes para defender el campo mexicano y Chihuahuense.
