Omar García Harfuch, Secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana, aseguró que en entre 2024 y 2025 se han identificado 193 resoluciones judiciales que favorecieron a presuntos criminales.
De ellas, 164 fueron egresos por cambio de medida cautelar y 12 egresos definitivos.
Sin embargo, también se reportaron 27 traslados irregulares entre penales, sin cumplir con las formalidades legales.
