De manera paralela a la protesta de docentes federales por la reforma a la Ley del Issste, la Sección 42 que agremia al magisterio estatal también protestó pero en contra del aumento de cuotas que le ha anunciado el Gobierno del Estado de Chihuahua, para el sistema de Pensiones Civiles.

Las y los maestros estatales se concentraron en la Plaza del Ángel, mientras que el contingente de la Sección 8, que atiende el subsistema federalizado se dirigió a la Plaza de Armas.
Respecto a las demandas de la Sección 42, recalcaron que persiste una atención deficiente, desordenada y opaca, en la prestación del servicio médico, además de que hay 1,064 trabajadoras y trabajadores que expresaron su incertidumbre respecto al sistema de jubilación que les espera.
Dentro de la manifestación, la Sección 42 compartió las peticiones que hacen al Gobierno del Estado:
– Exigimos que las instituciones deudoras que hace uso del servicio medico de PCE paguen su adeudo inmediatamente
– Que el gobierno y el congreso destinen un mayor presupuesto para PCE
– Acelerar las citas médicas de operaciones de compañeros que las requieran
– Eficientizar el servicio medico en todas las regiones
– Pago de salario a mas tardar en 3 quincenas
– Autonomía del presupuesto de la SEYD para ejercerlo
– Que Leticia Endery, Ma. Del Rosario Reyna y Carlos Granados dejen de intervenir en los tramites de la SEYD

– Que se de a la brevedad el nombramiento de la comisión mixta de nivel superior
– Reubicación de las escuelas de baja población a la brevedad Asignación a las becas comisión para el subsistema estatal

– Agilizar el proceso de basificación
– Definir el criterio de cuantos alumnos conforman un grupo o si es por cantidad de grupos para lograr una basificación
