El pasado 30 de abril de 2025, el recurso fue resuelto por la jueza Ana Columba Contreras Martínez, quien calificó los argumentos de la defensa como “inoperantes e infundados”. Por ello, determinó que la justicia federal no ampara ni protege a Bravo Molina.
El fallo quedó asentado en el expediente 1472/2024, en el que también se ordena notificar personalmente la resolución a todas las partes involucradas o, en su caso, hacerlo a través de los estrados del juzgado, conforme lo establece la Ley de Amparo.
